Terms of Service

Hi there! Before commissioning me, please take a moment to read through these terms.
By requesting a commission, you’re agreeing to everything outlined below.

General Info

• These terms help keep things fair, clear, and respectful for both of us!

• I may update them occasionally, so please make sure you’re looking at the latest version before placing a new order.

Artist Rights

• I keep the rights to all the artwork I create. This means I can share it on my social media, use it in my portfolio, or as part of my promotional materials—unless we’ve agreed otherwise.

• If you need me to keep the work private (for example, under an NDA), that’s totally fine—just let me know ahead of time.

• I may decline commissions if I’m not comfortable with the content. Thanks for understanding!

Your Rights as a Client

• You retain the rights to your original characters or intellectual property.

• You can use your commissioned artwork for non-commercial purposes only, like printing it for yourself or posting it online ( with credit, ofc ).

• You cannot:

  • Claim the artwork as your own.

  • Resell or use the artwork commercially without prior agreement and payment of a commercial fee.

  • Make significant alterations to the piece (such as editing, recoloring, or tracing) without permission.

  • Mint the artwork as an NFT or use it in AI training/models.

• All commissions are digital files only—nothing will be physically shipped.

Payments

• I accept PayPal only.

• Please don’t send payment until I’ve confirmed your commission.

• Payment is split into two parts:

  • 50% upfront, after I accept your request.

  • 50% upon completion, before I send the final piece.

• I’ll start working once the first payment is received.

The Process

1. Confirmation & First Payment
   Once I accept your commission and the payment plan agreed upon, the first payment will be required before any work begins.

2. Sketch Phase
   I’ll start with a rough sketch based on your idea. For commercial projects, I’ll need final dimensions before starting.

3. Work-in-Progress Updates
   I’ll share up to three updates during the process so you can see how things are going!

4. Final Stage
   Once the piece is complete, I’ll request the remaining payment. After it's received, I’ll deliver the final high-resolution file(s).

5. Revision Period
   Revisions can be requested within 7 days after you receive the final piece.

Revisions

• Personal use: Comes with 1 revision.

• Commercial use: Comes with 3 revisions.

• Revisions requested after the 7-day window, or additional/major changes beyond what's included, may incur extra fees.

Usage & Copyright

• You may crop or resize the artwork for use in icons, banners, etc., but please do not heavily edit, recolor, or trace it.

• Personal use artworks may not be used for commercial purposes unless a commercial license has been arranged.

• If your commission is for commercial use (e.g., branding, merchandise), this must be discussed beforehand to include licensing fees.16

• I may feature completed works on my website, portfolio, or social media unless otherwise requested.

• If your project requires an NDA or formal contract, feel free to provide one—we can discuss terms as needed.

• I’m not responsible for any copyright issues if the commission involves third-party or copyrighted characters.

Cancellations & Refunds

• You may cancel your commission any time before payment is made.

• Once payment has been received, commissions are non-refundable—please be sure before committing.

• In the rare event I’m unable to complete your commission due to a personal emergency or other unforeseen issue, I will issue a full or partial refund depending on the progress made.
